With over 20 years of programing in the Boston area, the Academy offers an opportunity for junior tennis players to strive to maximize their potential during their competitive performance while having a fun, competitive and teamwork-oriented experience. From players who are starting to participate in tournaments all the way to players with intentions to play for the top D1 colleges in the country, the program will present an opportunity to work hard on the specific areas of the game that are needed to succeed, pay attention to technical details, compete with peers of appropriate levels, train in a team environment, and continue on a path of enjoyment that breathes the love for the game and progress.

Application for the upcoming school year is open. Maximum flexibility with world class academics tailored to the student’s passions.
2026 Christmas Break Program
From December 22, 2026 to January 3, 2027 in Acton and Tewksbury. Players can register per session.
2027 Summer Intensive Programs
Registration is open for our 2027 weekly programs (boarding and non-boarding). Optional daily transportation with stops in Newburyport and Burlington.
UTR VERIFIED MATCH PLAY
Improve your UTR playing two consecutive short-set matches against player of your similar level.
USTA TOURNAMENTS
All level of USTA junior sanctioned tournaments during weekends in the Indoor Season at Acton Racket Club.
Our director_Francisco Montoya
Montoya Tennis was founded by Francisco Montoya, a former Head Coach with Nick Bollettieri from 10 years at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL and MAC Tennis Academy Director for 20 years.
Francisco worked with top players such as Anna Kournikova, Venus and Serena Williams, Tommy Haas, Paul Henry Matthieu, Maria Sharapova and Tatiana Golovin.
He works closely with an incredible coaching staff with a great reputation and track record for success and commitment.

We aim to influence our team members in a positive manner (players, parents, coaches and the tennis community). Our Method
🎾 Technical
Having strong technical fundamentals is the key to giving players a long term high ceiling with regards to their potential and performance.
🎾 Tactical
Despite the technological evolution of the game, a high percentage of choices that a player makes in their competition is what establishes the player’s level and performance.
🎾 Physical
Being a better athlete will help prevent tennis players from getting injured, help build their confidence on the competitive scene, and help them push themselves further during practices.
🎾 Mental
The consistent mental training, on and off the court, includes journaling, goal setting, mental activation, concentration exercises, team building activities, and in between points scenarios.
🎾 Competition
Ultimately, Competition is what the game is about. Our coaching staff is always focused on the fact that being a better competitor also allows for a high level of enjoyment of the game.
